Republican push to steal 2008 elections moves to Supreme Court
The Republican effort to disenfranchise Democratic voters (remember the "election" of 2000?) has moved into the Republican-dominated Supreme Court.
In an effort to prevent non-existent "voter fraud" (code for "poor people voting Democratic"), a voter ID initiative from Indiana has moved on to the Court's docket.
Remember that this is an issue so important to Republicans - Bush wouldn't be President without the fraud in Florida - that they packed the Justice Department management with Bushies from 4th-rate religious legal schools in order to invalidate Democratic majorities under the guise of prosecuting fraud.
It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
