New report confirms US tortured detainees; cites irrefutable medical evidence

The Harvard Law Record reports today on recent findings by the Physicians For Human Rights:

Hashemian concluded by citing the words of Maj. General Antonio M. Taguba (USA-Ret.), who stated, “there is no longer any doubt as to whether the current administration has committed war crimes. The only question is whether those who ordered the use of torture will be held to account.”

All the more reason to get out and vote, even if you think Obama will win; the more it looks like a real mandate, the more likely it is that Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, et. al.; could end up in court as war criminals.
